- Provide 1/2 of cup-Ogbono.
- Provide 300 of g-Beef.
- Prepare 100 of g-cray fish.
- Use 1 of -smoked fish.
- Take 80 of g- kpomo.

- Provide 1/2 tbs of -uzizza seed.

Instructions to make Ogbono soup:
- Wash, clean season and boil beef and stock fish,dry fish,and the grounded cray fish and diced kpomo.
- Add the grounded uzizza seeds(mosoro),onions,maggi,okpehe(daddawa) & allow to boil.
- When the beef and stock fish are tender,dissolve the ogbono in warm palm oil before adding it to the stock.
- Pour in the dissolved ogbono into the stock,add in your pepper and ginger(optional) and stir vigorously.
- Add the washed,clean smoked fish,half cover and allow to boil, stir at intervals to prevent burning, add shredded ugwu leaves & cover and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from fire and serve with swallow.
