  1. Get of Lentil masala and powder.
  2. Get 10 of Kabab chinni.
  3. Prepare 10 of Pepper.
  4. Prepare 1 inch of Cinammon.

  6. Get 1/4 tsp of zeera Shahi.
  7. Get 3 of cardamom Green.
  8. Take 1/4 tsp of Cummin.
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp of dal Udad.
  10. Get 1 tbsp of Seasame seeds.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Moong dal.
  12. Take 2 tbsp of Masoor dal.
  13. Get 2 tbsp of Channa dal.

  15. Get 3 tbsp of Oats.
  16. Get 1/2 cup of wheat rava Broken / dahlia/godum.
  17. Take of Make powder of all the above.
  18. Take of Chicken bone less.
  19. Make ready 5 of Ghee tbps.
  20. Get 5 of Green chillies.
  21. Get 2 of Onion.
  22. Make ready 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  23. Take 2 tbsp of Curd.
  24. Prepare 2 cups of Chicken stock.
  25. Prepare of Mint leaves chopped.
  26. Get of Coriander leaves chopped.
  27. Make ready 1 tbsp of Lime juice.
  28. Make ready of egg Boiled.
  29. Make ready of Cashew.
  30. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  31. Make ready of onions Slice and deep fry them..

Instructions to make Hyderabadi Haleem:

  1. Take ghee in a cooker. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute until ginger garlic paste loose its raw smell..
  2. Now add chicken. Mix well. Add chicken stock. Add fried onions and keep some aside for garnishing..
  3. Add curd,green chillies,chopped coriender and mint. Add salt..
  4. Mix well. Now add the lentil and masala powder. Mix while adding the powder..
  5. Let it come to boil. Mix throughly. Cover the cooker with the lid and cook for 2 whistle..
  6. After 2 whistle reduce the flame to slow and cook for 45 minutes..
  7. After 45 minutes with a potato masher mash the chicken..
  8. Mix throughly, adjust salt..
  9. Once you get the right consistecny add the rest of the ghee and lime juice..
  10. Serve haleem with egg,fried onions and cashew..
  11. Believe me this is very simple, only hard part is mashing with the potato masher. As you mash it while it is getting cooked, there are chance of the steam hitting your hand so be careful. What i did is i switched off the stove, placed the cooker on the floor and i mashed it with potato masher, it doesnt take much time as chicken is cooked for 45 minutes..
